The All Assam Motor Transport Association (AAMTA) who operates the Private Bus, Auto-rickshaw, Taxis called for an indefinite Chakka Bandh in Assam from 5th October 2020 Monday, to express their various demands. to increase the fares in this Pandemic Situation.
All the Private transport provider as Buses, Trackers, e-rickshaw observe the chakka bandh across the Assam, Due to the Government new rules of Pandemic to carry 50% passengers and fuel prices hikes this chakka bandh held.
Their Demands are “Fuel prices increased the govt ordered to carry 50% passengers. Govt should allowed us to carry 100% passengers or the Fares must be hiked” said by a Members of the association.
“From Monday no Busses, trackers, e-rickshaws will deploy in streets, there is complete Chakka Bandh in Assam Strikes across the State of Assam for indefinite periods said by another member.
